Members receiving >= 100 pts before ? March '09 may participate in Goodphil.
Members receiving >= 200 pts before ? March '09 get half their Goodphil Registration fee paid.
Members receiving >= 300 pts before ? March '09 get all of their Goodphil Registration fee paid.

Please note: If you do not obtain 200 or 300 points by the time registration fee is due, then you must pay PhilSA the appropriate amount for registration. If you reach 200 or 300 pts before GoodPhil, PhiSA will reimburse you after Goodphil.
